Sports Innovator

Sportinnovator is a grant for innovation projects in the field of sports and physical activity. This grant scheme consists of two phases:

  • Phase 1: In this phase, consortia are given the opportunity to conduct a feasibility study of their innovation project. The purpose of this feasibility study is to investigate the technical, organizational and/or economic feasibility of the innovation project. A consortium is created by a partnership of companies and organizations that can complement each other in expertise.
  • Phase 2: In this phase, consortia can apply to bring their innovation project closer to the market.

In phase 1, you can receive a maximum of €30,000 in subsidy per feasibility study. In phase 2, you can receive a maximum of €750,000 in subsidy.

Maximum €30,000 per feasibility study and maximum €750,000 per project for the follow-up phase.
